United provides a range of services to its members. Members can access their own individual milk collection, quality and payment information via the member portal. Members can also contact the producer helpdesk (tel 02890372290) if they have any queries relating to their service from United.
United also provides a Milk Recording service allowing members to monitor the performance of their individual cows and a Tankcare service which installs and maintains on farm milk tanks as well as advising on energy saving options. United also offers a quota trading service as well as on farm advice from its team of field officers.
